  2. 2Open Register → add a patient (mobile is used to find them during upload).
  3. 3Open Upload ECG → search by mobile → attach an image or PDF → submit.
  4. 4Open My ECGs → track pending reviews and read cardiologist findings in-app.

Cardiologist

  1. 1Sign up once at /sign-up with dr.cardiac@hridlink.com (claims seeded cardiologist role).
  2. 2Open Cardiologist → pending queue auto-refreshes (includes demo pending case).
  3. 3Tap a row → zoom the strip → submit severity + notes + recommendation.

Admin

  1. 1Sign up once at /sign-up with admin@hridlink.com.
  2. 2Open Admin → scan pilot counters (median response, completion rate) and triage mix.
  3. 3Use Team tab to promote real beta users — no DB edits needed.
  4. 4Export CSV for offline reporting (includes reviewer and clinical notes).

End-to-end smoke

  1. 1Health worker (hw@…): register patient → upload ECG → open My ECGs.
  2. 2Cardiologist (dr.cardiac@…): open queue → review pending demo case → submit URGENT finding.
  3. 3Health worker: refresh My ECGs — finding appears (WhatsApp too if MSG91 configured).
  4. 4Admin (admin@…): confirm median response + export CSV.
